Two new suggestions for the forums

Hi, I would like to make two new suggestions for the Board.

1. Create a new sub-heading under 'Other Destinations' called Non-Asia or maybe Rest of the World.

At the moment, there are some non-Asia travel threads in the Idle Chat section, some in Board Members on Tour, some in other places. It might be a nice idea to bring them all together in an easy to locate place?

2. Create a Member Arrivals - Pattaya sticky in the Pattaya section.

This would be like Werewolf's existing sticky on arrival/departure dates for LOS, but it would only refer to dates in Pattaya. More and more BMs seems to be trying Pattaya, and some might like to have a reference tool to know which other BMs are in town to contact if they want to catch up for a beer or two.

Just some suggestions - feel free to agree or disagree.
