Phuket

Hi,

I looked at Yahoo fro weather in Phuket for the next days : always storms ... and I'arriving in 8 days.

I know it's the beginning of the rain season, but does anyone in Phuket now would like to tell me what's really the weather ? Rainy all, half the day or only 1 or 2 hours ?

Don't worry, I think online weather forecasts always shows thunderstorms.

It is little bit cloudy today and we had some rain last night, but still very hot and confortable.

I don't worry anymore now. I remember 3 or 4 years ago, I was in LOS in March and the weather was really rainy 10 or 12 days on 15 ... It was an unusual weather in Thailand, cloudy all days, except 3 days whan I was in Bangkok, but rainy before in Chiang mai and rainy again after in Phuket.

Now, I'm happy

I've returned to the UK a number of times to smug looks from colleagues who had been watching the forecasts and seen nothing but rain and thunderstorms.

When in fact I had been enjoying searing heat and sunshine

Actually, I've been to South Thailand a number of times in the middle of the monsoon season and still returned to Blighty with a cracking tan.

Hi All . . .

I have been back since last Monday from 3 weeks in LOS. The weather was really great until about Thursday last week (21st). Quite cloudy from Thursday, Friday and Saturday, but still hot.

Pleased to hear that C & N relented. They would have been fools not to.

Are you still going home on Monday / Tuesday, and are you still with the same cute little lady ?
