nicke is it possible to just look at all fotos posted by people as i presume you have them stored on a database somewhere?

I will maybe be able to make a program for that, but with 2-3000 pics, how to categorize them?

I also have license for PhotoPost wich uses this forum's database for users so people can create their own galleries, but I still prefer people posting pics in the forum instead of a photo gallery program because you get description and stories to the photos.

Or maybe I can make a program that creates a list of links to posts with attachments inside, e.g. The title of the thread/post and then a link, to easy find posts with pictures attached. I will do some research on this.

Any other clues on this?

mayby a treat whith links of the members foto.and find the pics by members name

all members can get a list of all the pictures they have posted in the user cp.

Sounds like a good way to organize it Sting. View photos posted by a specific member. E.g. my program makes a list of members who had posted pictures, and if you click on that member you can view his pictures.

Sounds like a good solution?

I think the best is, to every member a gallery with his pics.
All pics which are posted in a thread go automatically in this gallery with a link to the thread.
If an another member watch this gallery he can go also go to the post of a special pic.
Perhaps you can make in the gallery of a member different categories like: MTB – entertainment / bars – Scenery – Jokes – others - ???
Or:
You make a big gallery with all pics of the members with the above categories. Every pic with a link to the tread.
I don´t know what is possible without a lot of work.

I think the current picture posting in threads format is fine - It is far better then some other forums that I am involved with.

Just one thing - If you are going to change something then allow for the posting of more then 5 pictures per post - Ten per post would suit me fine especially when doing logs and journels...
