ENGLISH language COURSES/SCHOOL in PHUKET

hi everyone,
this one is more for experienced BM or expats...

my friend is intending to go for English language course, 4-5 months long, during this winter (january08 - may08)
at the same time he wants to use it as vacation/rehabilitation as he has some health problems and doctors literally told him he would need to be in warm & humid weather for longer time...

its obvious european en. speaking countries r out of selection...
he refuses to go to usa, and they were giving him some hard time in australian language agency with piles of forms, so he said no...

is there any chance to go to school/take courses of english in thailand? (phuket, eventually pattaya)
i mean regular teaching grammar as well as conversation classes, several hours a day with native (english) speakers...???

can anyone give some good advice ?
will aprreciate any suggestions/contacts...

there is the ::: Patong Language School, Phuket, Thailand ::: leading language school teaching English, Thai, TEFL teacher training and more in Patong, they are also teaching english.
looks really good, the prices are also not too bad (well, if you go there 4 months long maybe it will get "a bit" expensive )

will go there to learn thai
