Cool KFC open in Jungceylon

I was just through there today and saw that the KFC place is now open.It is in the Port area (where the big ship is).

More junk food for discerning tourists.

I hope its better quality than the last KFC that was in Patong. Jees, I don't know where they got the chicken from, but it was awful stuff. Stringy grisly meat that didn't bear any resemblance to Western KFC.

Western KFC is garrrbage. I can't even imagine what bad KFC is like. I go to LOS for the food but I usually end up having a Big Mac along the way. I've been to the food court in the basement Jungcelon. Some of it was okay. They had some duck at one of the stalls that was good.

Ate so much of that KFC in China that I couldnt imagine eating in LOS. Too much good food in Patong to have to eat KFC really. I still have not had KFC since Oct. 06.

I do eat western food in LOS all the time, I just like to mix it around. I would get tired of eating thai food everyday. Same same goes if I was eating a burger everyday. In California I can eat all sorts at any moment. Keeps your buds from getting to bored of the same mundane routine.

Fast Food

Yes I must admit I have tried most of it and tend to eat more in Patong than I do when I get home, but it it always between the hours of 10pm to midnight when I have already eaten and had a lot of beer and just fancy a bite to eat.

I used to dip into the KFC on Bnagla next to boots, not that I enjoyed it; it was like a primeval desire for food when you are Pi**ed, just before your desite to mate

I dd used to really like that Hot Dog Bar for the same reason that was next to Ocean Plaza;

I will have to have a look at Jungceylon as a few friends who own bars have told me that there are a few things popping up in there, not least Carrefore as a Tesco Lotus alternative.

Regards

Drew

If you live outside patong the fast food places are a treat, especially KFC. Inside Patong there is variety, Buffalo Steak House etc. No need for fast food.
Junceylon is over priced in every store. I took the family to the ice cream place on the front of Junceylons, had 4 small dishes of ice cream and 4 slivers of pie. The bill was 750 baht. I could have had a massive bucket of chicken at KFC for that amount.

Went past today another bit of Americana hits Patong. Sad thing in Patts last week-street stalls selling meat pies and sausage rolls. I see Richard Branson has just bought a 20% stake in Air Asia - roll on the Benidorn Braindeads.

I hate American fast foods, they are farkin disgraceful shiit.

Don't mind a late-night chicken burger from the stand on Soi Sansabi, then tuna burger in da loom.
