Thai food

Hello members,

first night in patong I had a dish called "Panaeng Gai" and I just loved it.(I like spicy)
It's because I had a chat with someone who lives in Patong for about 5 years already and he recommended it to me.
Now I've been looking around on Google but I think the best recipe for the dish is to know exact the same as in Thailand.
Maybe someone can help me?
Stupid of me but I forgot to ask his e-mail.

Thanks,
FredLovesThai

Paneng gai is easy its basicly just red curry paste, chicken, coconut milk add some chili and whatever vegetables that you think would fit with that.

There is no "exact" recipe as every restaurant cooks it differently.

However its a dish that is hard to fail, even i can cook it which says alot
