Breakfast!!!
Hey Fella's,
Just a quick question, I'm leaving for Patong in 5 days, is there a great place for breakfast (eggs, bacon, toast, etc, western orientated) near by the Holiday Inn. Doing lots of the horizontal lambada, make one very hungry in the morning!!!!
Cheers.

Hi BBB
Yes I will be doing the same Very soon, and staying close by Holiday Inn also. Do you or anyone else know approx how far it is from Holiday Inn to the action in Bangala, and would you wall or get a Tuk Tuk. Would you walk back for that matter with BG , or save your energy for LBFM.

Berty,
You do realise that the Holiday Inn *IS NOT* guest friendly.

Yep at Holiday Inn only thing you will be doing is Chuk Waow (bashing the bishop, pulling the head off it - yourself)

Best breakfast in town used to be the 2 black sheep but its gone downhill a bit now since starting... Honourable mention goes to the offshore bar on Nanai...

Marc
Logic tells me you can check in with anyone, thai or non thai, what's the difference. They are then a guest not a visitor. Of course you are then restricted to the one girl for you duration
If you really want to stay Holiday Inn (no idea why mind you) thats fine, but I would suggest you take another BG friendly room elsewhere in Patong on a budget of 4-600 baht per night for more carnal activities. There are plenty of hotels that fall into this category.
First few times I came to LOS I stayed 5 star but I quickly realised this was farang island in LOS which is not my thing, but as they say each to their own

Depending on which exit you leave the "Holiday Inn" from if you leave on the Beach Rd turn right and its about 5mins walk.
Leaving on Rat-u-Thit Rd turn left and its the same 5mins. TukTuk not required

holiday inn
big mistake! if you want to take a guest back!(up to a a certain time, its free up to about 8-00pm,) !i stayed there 2 years back for 21 days and had to pay a fee per night!(x21) cant remember how much it was ,about 500bht per night i think, the fee is written on on a plastic thing,on the checkin desk and is pointed out to you strongly ,as you sighn in for the first time !a reall pisser !it will cost you a fortune at the end of your stay ,as it did me --sorry---thehotels within easy reach of all the action though ,about 12 mins to bangla rd and a very nice hotel !
