AFAIK there aren't direct flights from Phuket.
Best way is via KUL using Air Asia from Phuket.
Here is AirAsia webpage
Welcome to AirAsia.com...now everyone can fly...

Thanks Dawsey but I looked at that option. If I use airasia i will have to fly from AC to KL then to Bkk then Hkt.Thats flying the whole day!And with budget airlines,if a flight is cancelled i might be stuck for a day and my time is limited.

No need to go from KUL to BKK. There is an Air Asia connection from KUL to Phuket.
I just added the Air Asia URL to Post#2

Too late to make the connection

Sid, Tiger Airways fly from Clark Airport Manila back to Singapore and then Singapore to Phuket, but leave Manila at 20-45 arrive singapore 0-15am and the 1st flight out is not till 8.15 in the morning.
Welcome to Tiger Airways
Better connections on the same route with Jetstar leave Manila at 12.40 and get in Singapore at 16.10 and then flight leave Singapore at 19.35 and arrive Phuket at 20.15.

Hope that helps

Not a problem comming FROM AC to Phuket as AC flights to either Singapore (Tiger) or KL (Air Asia) depart early afternoon so easy to connect to a flight to Phuket.
However its not possible to go from Phuket TO AC in the same day as both Tiger and Air Asia flights leave too early in the morning (~7.30AM) so you have to overnight in either KL or Singapore.
I dislike Manila and taxi fare from Manila to AC is now 2600 Peso!! You can catch the Swagman Fly the Bus (from Swagman Hotel downtown Manila - taxi from airport there ~ 300 Peso) for ~650 Peso but its not a very fun way to spend 3 hours.

There is a sheduled Malayasian Air flight every evening that goes to Phuket.I think it departs around 1800 so it is doable.

555555 AA are always late, if you wanted to roll the dice.
But if they are both 1 or 2 hours late........

Kev, just to clarify what you've written....It may throw some people off?
You can get to AC the same day from Phuket.
However you do have to go to Manila
Tiger Airways to SIN.
Singapore Airlines to Manila.

A couple of the budget airlines have been trying for a while to get a Clark-BBK route. But have been unable to get the necessary permission (TiT).

But us Cheap Charlies want a budget airline that flies to Clark. There are many ways to get there in a day if you are willing to spend the $$$.

Been there done that. Cebu Pacific was horrible. (to Manila) You can take a flight from Manila to Clark with Cebu I believe but it was ina different terminal I think. Defo was not a good experience flying from Thailand to Phils for me. Had a better flight from HK to Manila tho.
