B-negative blood needed urgently
PHUKET CITY: The blood bank at Vachira Phuket Hospital is in urgent need of type B Rhesus-negative blood to treat a patient needing a blood transfusion. Anyone with this blood type is urged to contact the hospital as soon as possible. Donations of any blood type are also welcome and first-time and regular donors with at least three months since their last donations can call by the blood bank on the fourth floor of Vachira Phuket Hospital weekdays between 8:30 am and 8 pm, weekends between 8:30 am and 3 pm. The blood bank also accepts donations daily at its office in Vachira Phuket Hospital, open Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 8 pm, Saturday and Sunday from 8:30 am to 3 pm. For more information call the blood bank at 076-361234 ext 1285 or the Phuket Red Cross office at 076-211766.

A Negative Blood
They also need A Negative Blood as well.
I got an email from them as I registered when I last gave bllod and they sent me an email on Monday asking me to come in and donate. The Thai's can not produce Negative blood types so they are very rare. If anyone is visiting over high season please can you call by and make a donation. Think of it as giving a Pint so that you can enjoy one later  Best wishes Drew
