What sort of information were you after, geography, hotels, attractions ?? Google it, there heaps of imformation, unless you are after a more specific topic.

No worries mate. I can't really help you on that one I have only driven through that region didn't spend any time there. Watch this space, sure other BMs will be along soon to tell their tales of what is good and bad there.

Hi!
I have been to Roi-Et. My TGF lives in that area. You can fly there with PB air. The best place to stay is Petcharat Garden Hotel. It cost 565 baht per night in December 2007. In city center you will have Hotel 99 for 300 baht with aircon, but only 1 star.
Roi-Et have the highest standning budda in Thailand, they have an artifical lake thai is really beautiful. There is not so meny farlangs there so it is real Thailand. Hassle free, well tuk tuk drivers at bus station tries to charge you up. But itดs a friendly place. And cheap.
One farang in Thailand - Roi-Et guide
PBair.. the great little airline "SaenSabai Service" สายการบิน พีบีแอร์ "สายการบินแสนสบาย"
