Good time in Patong!

Hello fellow board members. I stayed 4 weeks in patong and had a great time. It was great meeting some of the boardmembers Nicke, Jimmy, Irish johnny, Tarzan, alibaba etc. Mai thai bar is a great place to hung out and hock up with nice dudes if you travel alone. Anyways patong is really cool because it is so compact you got 4 great discos close to each other, alot of high level beer bars and a overall very friendly crowd. After stayed 4 weeks in patong i wanted to see something new so now i am in pattaya. Been here 3 days but I dont like it to much. The discos here are crap, went to one disco called tonys yesterday and they charged 200 baht for one heiniken and the girls not even close to as nice as in Tai pan. I am planing to stay here for one week at most and than head over to bkk to check out the scene over there. I have heard there are lots of nice looking girls around nana area, looking forward to check it out.

Hi Andre and it was nice to meet you. You are doing the right thing to look around when you are on that long holiday.

I never liked Pattaya myself but I enjoy discovering Bangkok nightlife and it is also good for shopping. The girls tend to be more business like in Bangkok but it is still a good place to have fun. So make sure you check out Nana Plaza, Soi Cowboy, Patpong and Soi 33 bars and let us know what you think. I havent been there for 2 years now.

About long holidays; I had two swedish guys here for 4 months. Their plan from beginning was to travel around in Thailand but they ended up staying 4 months in Patong. We got good friends, they went to MTB first night on their holiday. Later on, the last week, they found out I had connection to one of them. His mother know my family since 30 years back. Small world sometimes.

Hi guys! been home in sweden now for a few hours after spend 6 weeks thailand. First 4 weeks patong, which was great than I wanted to see something new so I went to patttaya. At firlst I didnt like pattaya to much it just seemed to big and the girls werent as attractive as the ones in patong. Anyways I ended up spending 2 weeks over there. After a few days I started to get a little bit better feel for the place I tired to keep things simple. I stayed in Easting hotel soi 8 and and mostly I only were drinking and picking up girls from soi 7 and 8. I had a look through soi 6 but it seemed abit to sleezy for my taste also I could not find any attractive ladies over there. I was planing to stay only for a few days than head to bkk but at the end I got a little bit sick, probably due to heavy drinking and heavy shagging for a long period of time. Right now I am alright but as soon as I am starting to be aware of the fact that I am not in LOS anymore for usre deprssion will start to kick in. Anyways while being in pattaya I missed patong many times especially the great crowd I meet in Mai thai bar. It is great to know that there are lots of guys from all over the world sharing the same interests and passion for LOS as myself. Sometimes it is very difficult to explain for people back home what LOS experience is like because if you never been it is almost impossble to picture all this beutiful ladies, nice beach and paradise. I am very pleased that I found this forum and actually got to meet some of you in real life. Once been in patong there is no way back life will never really be the same in farangland again. Anyways thanks again irish johnny, nicke, allybaba, tarzan etc for making my trip a very enjoyable one.
