OK , it seems there are lots of ways to top up One-2-Call phones , unfortunately their site is all in Thai !!!!

Click on "Products and Services" , then click "Top Up".

I think I have that option with Siam Comerical Bank's online system, may be possible with other online bankings aswell.

actually i think it's a good question...

i've already bought a thai sim (one 2 call) for myself and want to keep the number as long as it is possible!

have heard that it's possible to keep the number active for one year... (call the provider)

in the worst case i've to top-up the card outside from thailand :-(

I guess you want to load the sim-card to your gf in Norway, so you can call her.
I don't think you can do it without a Thai bank-account.
The website is (like FT says) only in Thai, and others before you have asked the same question in other thai-forums with no answer except;
"Get someone in Thailand to buy a top-up card for you and sms or email you the code."
But that doesn't help you because you don't have the phone, and can not load it.

Sorry dazza, but if she has now been in Norway for some weeks and not arranged it so you can call her on a Norwegian phone,
then maybe she doesn't want to talk to you just now.

I could be wrong, but I doubt it.
