Did you get something stamped in your passport, if not your OK. It will be recorded in the computer, assuming the computers where up and it was entered. So don't do it again.

The overstay rules are very clear, flaunt them at your own risk.

Question does anyone know

im in los xmas time ,for 33 nights but the visa only covers me for 28 days ,is it best to apply for a longer visa before i go, or would it be ok to get an extension to the 28 day one, towards the end of my stay?

Visa on entry is 30 days. I'm not sure if these visa's on entry are extendable.

Alternatively you can get a 60 day tourist visa from your local Thai embassy before you leave to come to Thailand.

I guess you talk about the stamp you got when you paid your overstay. Everybody who overstay got such a stamp with the fee inside the stamp.
