Anyone ver go to the movies in BKK? it is really nice. I went sunday afternoon with that chinese/thai girl. Its called master bowl and movies, its really big, have ton of restaurants, arcades. A regular seat, which is the best movie seat ive sat in is 240 for 2, and 600 for emporer class for 2, which is basically 2 plush loveseats like youd have at home, plus waiter service. it was a real kick!

Went see movie 2 times in BKK.
MBK and Ekkamai , and it was great !

I went to the movies in BKK and also in Chiang Mai. Great fun theaters like they used to have in US, before the megaplexes. In LOS, they are megaplexes, but each theater is huge and everybody rises when they play national anthem, like at ballgames. And it is stadium style seating w/ assigned seats like at ballgames or concerts in US.
Also there is a really holiday atmosphere at the movie theaters, with all the crowds and people just seem like they are having a great time!!
