If you are looking for western food , try champs sports bar
http://www.phuketdir.com/champs/
or go to the Yorkshire inn for fish & chips or sunday roasts
http://www.yorkshireinn.com/index.html
I know other members here have better knowledge than me of where you can get your bacon & eggs in the morning though , some suggestions will probably follow soon

Buffalo Steakhouse in the soi opposite Sea Dragon, but is not opened for breakfast during the low season. Great breakfast, even the wife eats it.

English Breakfast
Just walk down Soi Sansabai(go to end of Bangla, cross street, it's a little off to your right). There are lots of restaurants on either side with English breakfasts, Aussie breakfast, German and Swedish, too. Prices vary. Some are pretty cheap, some medium Most have prices posted on chalk boards out front for specials.

I agree with BB and like the Yorkshire Inn for breakfast. Mind you the fact that it's close to where I stay is a factor in my choice ! ( as I'm a lazy bastard and won't walk too far. LOL )

Instead of start a new thread I resurected this one ...
Rarely get over to Patong for breakfast, but was over early today... apart from Summer Breeze and Offshore Bar which I've already mentioned in the past - today had a go with Sheila's Guesthouse (Soi San Sabai) English Breakfast and was very pleased - most authentic tasting I've had and at 150 Baht - great value.
Post 2pm then it usually Faulty Towers for us and now they have new menu - feeling hungry again!

I know its not Patong, but if you're over Karon way you should give the O'Tool's Big Bhoyo breakfast a try.

Their buffet breakfast is good value, but you're better off trying it in high season than low as the quality falls off considerably. Big eaters can really make a pig of themselves - all they ask is that you eat all you take.

Thank you for the information. I understand they open early also.
I will be over in Patong again in December.
How much do i have to pay the tuk tuk to take me from Patong to Karon Cafe and back?
I cant ride a bike and since i am coming alone, i dont intend to rent a car.
Cheers.
