PMR Radio for thailand?

one question:
is the usage of pmr446 walki talkis allowed in thailand? if not, will i get big troubles if i use them for car to car communication?

or is there any allowed radios for communication without any licencing?

Ead's dad have a radio/walkie talkie for public, I am not sure if police use the same frequencies but I think the volunteer army clothed guys use it.

He had to get a license before he could obtain it.

Normal private walkie talkies is for sell on a lot of places, so I guess these are legal without license.
