You need to bring your camera charger cable, and an adapter for your 3 pin square to go into two pin flat or round. Get it easily in Thailand or buy at Heathrow in Boots.

DO NOT BUY IT AT THE AIRPORT!!!
You will pay about 30 times the price of it here!!!!
I think the UK has 2 round pins and they fit here anyway....if not you can buy them in the sheds that function as hardware shops at about 30 baht (50p).
Ask your reception where, or across the road from the C and N Hotel On Rat U Thit rd, nr Bangla rd,. (not beach end) will supply.
An av a appy oliday!!!

UK is 3 pin square Dean. He needs the 3 square to 2 round adapter.Wasn't sure if the OP was coming to Patong or not, or I'd have advised Ocean on Bangla.
Av anuvver beer

Need information on what plugs are used where ....
Mains power systems - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
About Thailand:
Quote:
Voltage: 220VAC
Frequency: 50Hz
Comments: Outlets in hotels and newer buildings are usually a combination of types B and C which can accept plug types A, B and C. Outlets in older buildings are usually type A. An equal proportion of appliances have type A or C plugs, or B if it requires an Earth connection. Types A, B and combination B/C sockets are designed to fit USA/Japanese sized wall boxes.
Plug B

Plug C

|
Typical Thai Power outlet (Both styles in one) - Newer Construction.

This may even acommodate UK plugs

You'll find that most hotels will provide adapter plugs relevant to many different countries.....
That said, this is Thailand and some hotels dont even have a kettle so perhaps better bring your own....

Little hardware store across from C&N is great. Should sort you out no problems.
