Heh Rob why don't you get Kun to post her pictures of the event, some were really good, well what I could see of them through my little holey method of seeing stuff when I've forgotton my glasses!!!!

More Positive Feedback
We were there last night. inthemode was an excellent host.
I'd been through there once a long time ago. I like the remodel direction. The front patio area has a good vibe. The air conditioned indoors part is looking good. Excited about the new tapas menu that will be launch shortly. Had a few samples and they were very tasty. Excellent service from the wait staff. Steak cooked correctly. Strange when you actually have to comment on these things but it is a please when it actually works out. Good music. The show upstairs is an interesting departure from the norm in these parts. The team does a good job with it. Makes it a different night out. It is a little too strange seeing LBs do performances to stuff from my grandparents era. I liked the more modern and group performances better. But the theater space is cool. The place is a little out of the way, but I see that as a plus. I think with the patio better connected with the interior and a dj doing some more mellow dance or ibiza type stuff it could be a cool place to hang with a group for drinks and food. Kinda like what BYD Lofts was (is?) doing but more interesting as you have people going by on Rat - U - Tit so you get that people watching aspect as well. Looking forward to seeing it evolve.

saw the place before it was finshed and it looks unreal, sorry i missedthe opening, but sounds like a stop off for sure next time, well done itm, btw what is the theme of the show i heard it was along the lines off simon t/f. look forward to having a nice beverage there next time chok dee.

Simon is a slow parading style that is more slapstick and draws an older crowd. We really don't make it to be a LB show however we can't find females that can dance and show up on time so we find guys to do it.

sounds great itm, got nothing agianst lb's in the show just wondering if what i heard was right you know there always so many stories, good to hear the facts from where it counts, will be there to have a cold one next time i am in town, all the best with the new venture rob.

I was at Playhouse last night and it was good fun. Myself and TGF had a meal and watched the show, which was as Rob says "fast paced". Some of the dancers really seemed to be enjoying themselves and this made a difference. There were some eye-opening acrobatics during one of the songs, those 3 fellas are fit !!
All in all, it was good and Rob was the perfect host.  I am looking forward to going back again on my next trip over here.
