can someone help me, my new avitar should have the figure walking but for some reason its not working ,any ideas?

Did you save the avatar as a GIF Ian? If you saved it as a JPEG it will not be animated. Also, with animations, the picture can sometimes be over the recommended kb allowed.
Check the properties of the animation you tried to upload, and that will give you some idea.

I have had the same problem before myself, and just gave up. 5555

Thanks Roger, like you say i have tried and now i cant be bothered so will leave it as it is now.
