Its actually a new shopping mall / deparment store in Kathu near Big C
They will also have a Sizzlers steak house!!!!!!!!!

Cetral Festival
Cetral Festival is a huge new shopping mall (opening next month) - its on Chalerm Pra Kiat Road - just to the west of Phuket City. Thats right next to BigC on same road as Lotus. Note also that Makro opens tomorrow (Friday 27/08).
The site opposite Star Club (ex Shark) is the 53 Rai JungCeylon complex - that is supposed to open in Jan 2005 (was originally supposed to be Nov 04) - it will have everything - movie hall/nite club/bars/kareoke/shops and will no doubt have a pretty huge impact on life in Patong.
