Please tell me it gets better. I am so depressed.
Being in Phuket, living a carefree life, was so great. Being here at work sucks.

I think I will lose it once I develop my pictures...

Phuket was amazing. Met some great people and had a blast..

i flew EVA. Not the greatest but cheap. $626 USD. Stopped in Taiwan for 3 hrs each way.. I have flown better but for the price, i didnt mind.
Though I should have shelled out an extra $100+ for business class which is little better.

I am trying to go back in April for the Thai new year. Is that still high season?I wanna be there for the water festivals...

april is still quite busy,well has been last 2 times i been there in april.and its still well hot.prices are hi season prices normally tho.
was this your first trip?what did you think?where did you go?where did you hang out?and what did you think of the women?

i just got a price for cathay pacific and it was 820 from nyc, and i think its around 650 from lax. also u should join their site becuase they sometimes offer better prices to members. this is a great airline

Yes. It was my first trip. not my last though. THe place is incredible. The people are really friendly. I spent alot of time with the locals also..
the woman are great. for the most part, i am not attracted to thai girls but they were so nice and unbelievably sexy... I am chinese but born in the U.S. alotta girls thought I was thai so they left me alonea lot but once they knew i wasnt, they were swarming to me. They treated me like a king. i will post pics when i get them. I must say, I did get alotta attention though which was nice.

I spent alotta time in tiger area, soi easy, soi lion.. I went in a few times to MTB but only ran into Nicke once.

thanks for being so nice. I guess everytime i went there, it was early and not many people... but definately be there on my next visit. I had that girl from the U.S that i met that day there, so I really couldnt talk to much with the girls.

Travel light if you go Air France.They have a reputation for losing your luggage,especially if you transfer to another Air France flight en route.

Hi Dawsey,

I travelled with Air France last time ... no problem at all. I guess that problems happen sith all companies sometimes, but till now, I heve never had problem witk any company ... maybe i am lucky

Hi Cali,

It is the same for many of us. More than 4 months I am back and I think every day, every hour about my next trip in Jan or Feb ... I think my job is boring, my place is not in my country, my life is not full here

... What can I say ... More I wait, more I wll enjoy the day I come back ... I try to be positive as much as I can, but it is not always so easy. I know my life is here, in my country, but my heart still needs to understand it.

By the way, I think that with this post I become a Junior member GOLD

Dont get me wrong. I love California but just the fact that Thailand is sorta fantasy land.. Just kinda sucks... We only get 2 weeks a year for vacation so dont know when I can get there again. Hopefully, i can get there soon

Wow.. I coud not have said it any better. I have the same sentiments as you.. its amazing how we are all similar feelings about thailand!

But I am back in the states and it has been over a month now since I have gotten back. And working full-time and going to school. Even chance I get I think about going back. But this time I am bringing my girlfriend. I have no clue when I will be able to head back there. But I hear you, it is a fantasy world. Everything is soo much cheaper for the dollar. You live like a king for 2 weeks a year. Its not fair is it?? Keep your chin up, you will be right back there and feel the depression again when you return for another 351 days till your next. Endless cycle..
