I say .. DO IT!! If she is hot over the quick cam I am sure she cannot be all that bad. HOw long has he been chatting with her? Make sure she takes pictures of all her limbs. Make sure she is not missing legs or anything when he gets to her.

Thumbs up Chiang Mai AKA Temple Town

Chiang Mai is a very different place from Phuket or any of the islands or Bangkok. There are a lot of expats living there and the University there brings in a lot of intellectuals and other interesting people. I have been there twice and both times had a good time. It doesn't have a very good BG scene, but lots more non-BG bars. Nothing like Patong. No beaches either. But I found it easy to meet TGs there who are not BGs, and never went with a BG when I was there.

All in all, it is very much different from the Patong scene, but I think that you might find it a refreshing change of pace, especially if you know a nice girl there who can show you the city, and the fun things to do. The people of Chiang Mai are a little different from other places. Very friendly, and have a quality which I could only say is more soulful than in Patong or other places I have been. And they do enjoy their Chaang! Also, Chiang Mai is a city of many temples and many monks, and maybe that is why the people seemed more soulful!! The food is good, but not quite as good, because the wonderful seafood is not as available. Except for hotel rooms, everything else is cheaper than Patong or BKK. It is also a center of commerce, which also brings a lot of interesting farangs to the city.

If you've never been there, I think you definitely should check it out. And one other thing I like about it there is that it is much cooler at night than Patong or BKK. That in itself is a refreshing change!

online chat lines

r3aps

What chat site do you use? I would like to get to chat with some thai ladies while I am back at home. I met a beautiful girl in Pattaya from chang Mai. She was there with 2 friends on holidays. I spent 3 days with her she was a real cuttie. She wouldn't take anything from me no money or wouldn't let me buy her anything. We just spent 3 great days together.
Anyway ley me know about the chat site.
Cheers

Although Marc, this has nothing to do with the tread, I never ate well Thai in Patong, neither in Koh Samui, by the way!

But in Phuket I ate heavenly Thai, as good as in Chiang Mai, for almost nothing!!!

In Patong there are too many big joints, serving touristic food! I always go to Kamala, Kata and Karon.

Found some terific food there! But NOT the big touristic places there!

Although, there is a place, that IS very touristic, called Club 66, on Karon beach road, not far from the bg and LB-bars there! Before they were in Kata. Although the lovely fat bartender is not there anymore, the one who came always up to me and hughed me that I almost broke, neither aren't they specialised in seafood anymore, but the quality of the food is still great!!! Fantastic curry's Pat Thai etc!

In Karon, but on the road to Phuket, just 500 meter from the beach: Mama's kitchen! They just cook everything fresh in the open kitchen, just as you like it!!! There are 2 cooks there, one a bit better then the other. Prices are very, very nice to your wallet , most main courses under 100 bath! Very good laundry too by the way!

I loooove Thai food and only eat it on holliday! But the touristic places on Phuket, most of them are crap! So many nice restaurants, small, cheap and lovely people!

I agree Tarzan. But lets say that the chances to have less good food are more obvious then some other places in Phuket!

I ate very special food, with one of my Thai girlfriends at a muddy beach, not far away from the zoo! Good memory, the girl was very popular everybody knew her, and some people even bought me a drink!

I was only a short time with that girl by the way, but she knew exactely where to go, and believe me no fancy places!

This girl is still a mystery for me! Met her in a bar, said she was no BG, only told me her name was Cherry (how many Cherry's are there in Phuket, an army?), and then dissapeared one day, so I could not find her!

Diid not care at all, just went back in the bar next day and got me a much prettier one!

Sorry Tarzan I cannot understand this! If you refered to my latest post, I don't know why! What the hell do I have to do with this Tintin character, who was not even on line when I got here!

Did he, screwed around, to one girl to another like I did? Well I guess I am not the only one!

Or maybe did he like as much food like I do! Yes then Ia m that Tintin!

for who ever mentioned the university, the girl is a uni student there, with 2 years left on her degree.so she seems a bit clued up.

Last year I came back to Phuket. One day saw an ex-TG, she was with her girlfriend and we had a good time for 2 day's (no boom boom). At ones she called me said that her girlfriend liked me and would like to be new TG........ Only problem was, that when I met my ex-TG I was so F***ing drunk that I not looked very good to her girlfriend. So I told her when see called... Ok, take your girlfriend tonight to the bar. She came with her girlfriend, who workes in a supermarket a little bit further than Kathu. My ex-TG told me her girlfriend wanted an farang boyfriend. She not speak English she said. So at that moment I thought to myself "what the f*** am I doing". I am not looking for TG who wants a serious relationship.

So i guess face to face can be as good and as bad as chatting..... So it all depends on what you want when you meet them finally.....

For me........ from now on only when I speak to them first face to face....

That is not a compliment for Chiang Mai!

Indeed, here in Holland we got much Chinese selling Thai food! It is dreadful!

I have been in Chiang mai twice! The first time I had heavenly food! But the second in the same restaurant: touristic stuff!

Ok 3 years between it, and a jet-lag between! But still! I always avoid tourist restaurants being in Thailand

Found some pictures of Chiaing Mai from my last 3-day jungle tour. White water rafting, elephant tracking and lots of walking through the jungle.

Great experience

Depends On Your Budget.........
You Can Fly If Your Flush With Money[1 Hour]
If You Are Budgeting Your Money You Can Get A Sleeper Train Which Is Cheap Not Sure How Long It Takes But I Reckon 8 Or 9 Hours........but Your Sleeping As It Is An Overnite Train...
A Bus Mite Take 16 Or 17 Hours.......

Took the night train from Bangkok at 18.00pm. Arrived 6.00am in the morning and almost slept all the way. On the way back I took the airplane at 9.00am to Krabi with a short stop over in Bangkok. Think I arrived in Ao Nang at 15.00pm. Train is much cheaper, but plane is more fast.

Question Train or Plane

It used to cost about 2200 Baht to fly, but prices have come down quite a bit with all the competition now.

It is still a bit cheaper to take the train, however. The reason is that you spend the night sleeping, get there in the morning, and save the cost of a hotel room plus the 400 or 500 Baht difference for a ticket. So, if you are on a budget, it might make sense for you. You also save the several thousand Baht you would have spent on BF, girl, and drinks for a night because the train leaves in the early evening. If you holiday is short, then certainly fly. If longer, it might do you good to have a night off from the partying. A plus for me is that I always sleep better on trains! And once I hooked up with a very nice Dutch girl on the way back to BKK and spent a weekend with her. Nice change of pace!!!
