Can anyone help? I have pics but it only allows me to upload 100 Kgb. Each pic I have is around 300..

Use Paint, photoshop, acdsee or some other program and reduce the size...

download that, its a freeware and you can do multiple batches.

If you have Photoshop you can "Save for web" and this will optimize the pics for web publishing and shrink the size significantly. (This has nothing to do with the viewable size/resolution)
