Hi tintin, how's your health?
Are you well enough to go now?
It seemed like you might cancel for a while there. It would be a shame for anyone to miss out on a long awaited tour
Good luck and good health.....

tintin,
thank you for your concern. i volunteered to get laid off and got a very handsome severance package and actually get paid by ny company through january and then recieve a lump sum. that said, in the US, i will recieve unemployment for 9 months that will pay for pretty much anything i do in thailand without having to touch my saving s or the money recieved in severance, so i cant wait

Thanks! A bit up and down! I am starting herbs tommorow, see how that that works out! But for the moment it is fair, with his ups and downs, just drink a bit too much to forget te pain of the soul!
But I think I will be able to make it! It doesn't get worse and that is the most important!

Hello Tintin,
hope you can make it. When I look at Werwolfs list (thanks for the work Werwolf) there are just a few boardmembers around in the time you or I have planned. Would be a pitty if you had to cancel. Looking forward meeting you at MTB.

Marc, check this website out from the HK government tourism board:
http://www.discoverhongkong.com/eng/...ts/index.jhtml
I gotta work most days but I wouldn't mind meeting you up for a drink in the evening at SoHo which is where most local expats hangout after work. You might also wanna ask urtheman for some advice too since he used to work here so he knows where to go.

December will be cool. Don't worry, it's nothing like Boston or even the Pacific Northwest. More like San Fran except you can smell the air you breath, which has an acidic smell to it. Clothes are cheap here so you can always buy a jacket if it gets really cold.
