Anyone knows of clubs for couples only in Patong or Phuket?

You can find nice places in Phuket where you can meet couple. Even in Banana club (Patong Beach), you'll be not alone if you go there with your girlfriend or wife. At least, we'll be 2 lol. No, I'm kidding. Don't worry, you'll have fun over there and you'll meet a lot of nice people.

Try the new MP Family Entertainment plaza, located on the second floor of Soi Easy. Also pub's like Molly Malones and Scruffy Murphy's don't have any working girls.

Thank you for your reply guys, but a club for couples only is just that. It is a club where couples meet to play together, swap, sometimes play with each other in the club. There are 2 types, one is off premises, and that is where you are not allowed to have intercourse in the club but you can do just about anything else. The other is the on premise club where you can have sex in the club.
