Yes in general there seems less distinction for breakfast foods v normal meals, but there is some stuff you rarely see outside of an early morning.. Kanom Jean (Thai fish sauce over thin white noodles / also called Thai spegetti) is a morning dish and also the deep fried batter (bit like real doughnuts in lump form) with a green sweet sauce I could only compare with lemon curd (but green !!) is a morning thing and actually pretty damn good with a big strong coffee..
Also Thais eating habits are very different from ours, I often joke that Thais dont eat they graze... Contantly picking away and munching on things many many times a day. Oftem my main girl will come home from work at 5PM and I wont have had anything yet and she will have had 3 or 4 or even more things to eat that day.
Lots of diet systems say to eat very often (small amounts) as it teaches the Thyroid not to store fat as energy is constantly available and that eating one big meal especially in the evening does the opposite. My eating habits are generally one meal a day and I like to eat a BIG meal so exactly the opposite of the advice..
