Fire Water

I've been told (and would like fellow BM's to confirm this either way) that in Thailand they put speed in the local whiskey, and the red bull out there also has had certain naughty things added to it? Is this a wind up?

I drank Red Bull and was tossed out of the Olympics

Yeah,

I was trying to qualify for the marathon in shagging and have been training hard for the past 7 months.

Now all my hard work is wasted.

Don't drink the stuff if you have Olympic aspirations.

Cheers!

Never had sleeping problems after drinking Mekhong-cokes and I had plenty of them on my last visit.

As red bull is a pep-drink it seems more likely they mess around with it. I am sure it's not only the huge quantities of sugar, which keeps you awake. But having said this; I don't think the Red Bull company would allow it, that they add speed to their product. Think the drink would be forbidden in no-time if this would come out.

Red Bull and similar drinks has a lot of coffeine (I think), also the European Red Bull was not allowed to sell in Sweden in the beginning due to the high dosage of coffeine per ml.

vodka/red bull is very popular thought.

I know alot of places around here refused to serve red bull and vodka when it first came out here. In fact there is still a number of bars and clubs in England that refuse to serve the redbull and the vodka in the same glass. If you want it, you have to order them and then put them into one of the glasses yourself.

This is due to the vodka being an 'downer' and the red bull being an 'upper'. Infact i cant drink it now, as i have no memory of what happens the next day after only 2 of them.
