one for the divers
last April i took my own scuba gear with me to go diving,because the previous tour i took the gamble of renting the kit,much to my disappointment as a combination of leaking gauges ,old masks and not a very clever b.c ment i did not enjoy the dive.
Taking my own gear was ok as i know it all like the back of my hand and its all kept in tip top condition. trouble is when i checked in on my return flight with all the extras i had collected i was so over weight it cost me an extra £140 . so my question is have any other divers found a hire shop that rents out good quality gear and if so who and where? other wise its going to be pack the dive gear and keep any clothes to a minium and buy as i need them out there.(oh im not a shopping fan )
