If you weren't aware of it or didn't think of it, there is a simple mechanism to erase any other BM whose obnoxiousness and fabricated fiction posts or other behavior is not appreciated by you.

Just put him on your IGNORE LIST and you will hve him out of your life forever! The perfect solution for those misreable pest, fungi, molds, and other iritating creatures known as TROLLS who have a habit of popping up when you least appreciate it.

JayBee, sadly most people who ignore, can't stop having the odd peek and getting their knickers in a twist. It's an amazing power trolls have.

I suppose that's human nature. Maybe some also like having someone to piss them off, get tham all in a tizzy, and vent on. It's more convenient to yell at a troll than the wife, boss, client or neighbor who you will have to deal with later.

I don't even mind the flaming, pissing, and snide remarks. It is just the dishonest and inaccurate information that is disseminated that bothers me the most.

Also although the flaming doesn't bother me, if you were a newbie who had just pulled up this board for the first time on a day when there is a lot of that going on, what kind of an impression would it make on you. If yo were a good-natured sort, a person of good will, you might think that this is not the place i want to be part of. Whereas if you were an assh*le, you might think, "Cool message board" and want to participate. Which could lead to a general deterioration in the quality of the board.

But that would be an extreme case, and I'm sure the good members of this board will not allow that to happen!

This is just a reminder when your feeling bugged by a pesky little juvenile pest(gee, who could that be?), simply make use of your IGNORE LIST which can be found in your User CP (Control Panel).
