How to become a member

I was booking accomodation and they emailed asking what my member name was (for discount) , I was wondering about how you become a member here. I am shown as a Registered User. Is there a membership fee?

Sorry it this is a stupid question, I tried a search but 'member' is it every thread.

if its thru here,you are a member,give them your user name broker1.where are you booking that asks for membership here?
