Tuk Tuk Cheap????

Greetings,
I read below that Tuk Tuk is now 40-50 Baht in Patong....Great News....Save money and get more time for Mai Thai Bar! I though that the new fares were set for local as open for bargaining...The first schedule was very cheap...But still 40-50 baht is better than 100 and then they want TIP!
