Very sad news about the loss of life and injuries etc. Good to hear that you and other sare OK Nicke.
I came back on Christmas Eve , and am very worried about a close friend who works on Beach Road. Cant get through on phone. If mobiles are working out there for local calls, is it possible that someone can give her a ring to see if she Ok and email me with the news.

I know this is a bit of a cheek but really need to know if she Ok. if anyone can, please Pm me and i will give you her phone number.

Just keep trying. I have got through to several family members throughout the day.

been trying for hours and heard that network is down. will have to keep on trying as no help seems to be forthcoming.
