Idea for comments-Reconstruction Coupons

It was a tradegy to phuket esp Patong, our dreamland, or better say our second home. I believe most of us here would like to help. For large companies, I am not too worried but for the small shops, bars and restaurants which provide unique smiles and friendship to us I keep on praying for them.

Is there any co-operative that could issue 'reconstruction coupons' (kind of cash coupons) which we can use later? The cash raised can help them to get them some immediate cash for rebuilding their businesses, and for us, a little support to our dreamlands and our friends there. There is nothing we would loose as we can use the coupons as cash later. For those who are in Patong, please take the lead and talk to the city mayor and let them know our intention. The city mayor can guarantee that these coupons could be used as cash in participating businesses.

Brothers here can show their willingness and give comments to the proposal above. This is not a Phuketeses' matters but also our concern.
