Similan Liveaboards

Been watching the news with shock, horror and a great deal of sadness. Is there any news of how the Similan Liveaboard boats and the divers fared in this catastrophe?

Most at sea and ok...

I heard 2 names of boats that had floundered but I now forget I will try and get thier names from my diver mate in the AM..

In fact lets use this thread to list the boat names and if they made it.. One friend was rescued by military boats (still not sure if it was air lift or ship to ship)...

Friend of mine sent an email out that he had made it ok. I guess anyone out in the Similans or other areas in good water (away from shore) should be okay. He said they didn't notice it when it came through, but did have warning it was on the way and headed further out to stay in deeper water. He mentioned a couple other boats in the same situation.
