Looking for a couple who stayed at Burasari

I am looking for a couple from Chicago, America who were staying with us at the Burasari Resort on the day of the Tsunami. They were here for their It was there first day in Phuket and they still had 8 more days left.

The reason why I looking for them is because we were separated during our sprint to the hills (going toward Phuket Town) and I was helping them carry a large black bag for them, just wanted to make sure that they received it as I had handed it back to the management later that evening before being relocated to Panwa Cape hotel.

Description: Both were in the late twenties and had black hair, can't remember the names, the guy had a Italian surname.
