Water Sports

Can any locals give me some specific details on the water sports there?
Swordfishing - any charter boats survive? ANy recommended outfits?
Scuba - Best places left intact and company to use?
Snorkeling - I know I've asked before, but I never really got an answer about Patong, Karon and Kata beaches.

Also, I've been having some trouble with communicating with Lamai Hotel, they ended up booking me at the Inn... is there any difference? Does the Inn have an elevator and all the options the Hotel has?

I cant remember what the company that took us to the Phi Phi island is called, but damn they had fast boats, 3 V6 Engines, 45-50 knots, that was actually allmost as fun as the snorkeling

Maybe someone know what im talking about. The tour went out from close to the gypsy town. Was a great trip and if they are still running you should look it up.

"picture of the boats they had" sorry about the bad quality my digi cam broke when i took that picture.
