Valhalla

I booked 2 rooms 2 years ago with a friend at Valhall, attracted by the well done web site, but when we arrived there we found dirty beds (on my friend's bed there was even a sign of blood! ).
Last year I heard that Valhalla's owner got clamped by police, and that vlhalla closed. By what you wrote, I understand that it is open now. Maybe the owner is changed. However Valhalla + and - are:
+very near soi bangla
+a gogobar inside the hotel, open from 15 till night (this was true 2 years ago, don't know about now)
+TV in the room, with a private channel performing a cam in the gogo bar

-more expensive than other choices (C&N above all)
-i found the room dirty

I tried to be as honest as possible, hoping to be useful.

It's only a hotel/restaurant, no gogo bar is running now. I can't comment the cleaning or such since I never stayed there, I only know they are open and have rooms available since Jan told me so.

The restaurant part of v-plaza is nice, I had a dinner there in mid december and it's nice to eat and drink with some friends in viking environment sometimes.
