I can't bring myself to comment on this filth except to say that it is attitudes like this that mean for the last couple of years I haven't felt comfortable, as a foreigner, in the USA and no-longer travel there for holidays or even through the USA to other destinations.

As an additional sign of HOT 97’s commitment to the cause, Miss Jones in the Morning, along with her entire staff, have agreed to contribute one week’s pay to Tsunami Relief efforts.
What's this called ...... Paying off your feelings of guilt or paying to make you look good towards the listeners and save your own ass.
Damage done already ...... very sick

What the **** were they thinking? People make jokes about tragedy all the time (especially us Brits), but that was just deeply, deeply, racist apart from anything else, and coming from a black DJ too!

Very poor taste. Also someone should tell them that just being contraversial is not enough to be funny.

I listened to it.....to be honest i thought as with a lot of black comedy I'd find out of bplace, but possiblky snigger at the odd bit
But it was total shite, and coming from New York, where they expected the world to grieve with them, just 3 short years ago. They of all people should know just how tasteless that was.

American checking in
I myself find it very insulting, insensitive and not a bit funny at all.
Please don't make this an American thing as it could have come from another idiot in the world. It just happened that he was a stupid American.
This same type of humour would have been out of place after 9/11 as well.
There are too many idiots with acess to media now.
Cheers!

Justice (?) Done...
Looks like the station finally took action...

Actually the station itself had merely suspended the members of the morning show. It wasn't until after people complained so much that they have now fired them. To them (controversy == money)
