Hi Junkhouse,
Have a look on [url]www.ebay.co. uk. [url]This phone can be bought, brand new,for the equivalent of under 20,000baht(£280).Easily unlocked for use anywhere in the world. If you wait a couple of months I would guess they can be had for under £200 (14,000baht) A lot of sellers on ebay are prepared to post to other European countries as well.

compare prices with ebay !!

Go to the internet page of O2 in Germany, or go to www.super24.de.
Generally you get every mobile phone in Germany for about 240 EUR,
including a german two year contract, that means, you pay for a
german two year contract and get the phone for free. All you need
is a german address and a bank account to bill you 10 EUR every month
for two years.

Thats OK if you live in Germany Gregor, but Junkhouse is from Norway.I don't think a 2year German contract would be much use to him.
The contract business is same in UK, only for 12months and get phone for free

Guess thats the same all over europe but I'd be interested in the phone without a contract or maybe a prepaid card, then I could unlock it myself
See the price in Thailand is basically the same as Norway so guess I have to wait a few months for the price to drop.

Just a point to note with Samsung phones - my V200 makes a ringing noise when the battery gets low - even if it's 4am and you're trying to sleep. Personally, I don't want to know about this or at least want the option to disable such an alarm so it doesn't distrub my sleep, but Samsung have decided their phone's recharge needs are more important than mine. You might want to check on this 'feature' if it's likely to bug you as much as it does me. Will never touch samsung again

Just a thought,

K.
