How to rent a house
Aloha friends, enemies, whatever!
This New Year Eve in Pattaya was completely off-the-hook and I'm planning another trip to Thailand for February. Anybody has an experience of renting a house/condo in Pattaya? What's the process in general - what documents to sign, how to pay? Which part is better - up north from the center, or Jomtien (south)? Any sites/companies to recommend? Thanks and good tripping for everybody!
