Hi,

anyone that know whether you can buy games for Gameboy in Phuket? I will stay in Karon Beach. Hopefully there are inexpensive copies. I don´t want to spend 40€-60€ on games in Sweden and find out that I could have bought them for less when I arrive mid February.

Please, share your wisdom.

Yes, you can buy multigame cartridges. 4 in 1, 16 in 1 are common names for these. I don't remember any prices, I guess 300-600 baht.

Over New Years I bought several video CDs and games. I was able to bargan down to about 120 baht but I was buying about 15 at once. I am very pleased with the majority of them but beware that the NEW movies i.e. 8 Mile or the New James Bond are copies of someone in a movie theater with a video camera recording the movie, then it is transferred to DVD.

The rest of the DVDs/games I bought were great!
