Hey all my first post, you have a nice forum here.

A friend and I are gonna be in Phuket 18 feb. and stay two weeks. Is there a place where BM`s meet up at Bangla Rd?

Maybe I`ll see some of you soon.

Welcome to the board

Board members can be found at Mai Thai Bar in Soi Eric, look at top right corner in your browser window

You can also view a live cam from the bar, your firewall might mess that up...at least my copy of Norton did that

Be sure to read up in this forum prior to leaving and make sure you have a "ok" hotel, is it a tour operator you travel with?

Feel free to pm me if you need anything or have any questions regarding tour operators, not the best way to travel to Phuket unless you booked flight only, but guess it's better then not going at all

Thanks for the info and welcome Junkhouse, we have flight only. But we are staying 3 nights at the sunset beach resort. It is not close to bangla rd, maybe we should move closer after the 3 nights. Does anybody know if the sunset beach resort is ok?

no its not near phuket town its on the way to kamala about 5 min tuk tuk to bangla
