Whats the thai for 'big boss'?

"Jao naay" is the word for boss
"baa rohm" can be used for supreme or highest

So you could try jao naay baa rohm, and see where it gets you.

pee yai means big boss ; big shot
big brother ; eldest sister ; eldest brother ; eldest sibling

for a less formal or official one you can use 'sen yai' which is (I think) big noodle in direct translation and kinda humourous / jokey version..
