Phuket - where to? cambodia?phillipines?vietnam?suggestions?

hey guys,
i didnt get a 60 day visa so i have to go and get a visa around the 1st week in april. i figured instead of a one day visa run, id see somethiong new. any suggestions? since i go to the beaches in phuket all the time, what im really just looking for is bg's and partying for 3-4 days. also, does anyone know if you can fly to any of these places from phuket or have to go to bkk? any suggestions or opinions are appreciated/ thanks

If it is just partying Philippines and Cambodja will do. Don't know Vietnam.
Philippines: beautifull nature, Boracay, Palawan etc but you need more than 4 days, except if you want to stay in Manilla or Angeles City (never been there but it is the Philipino alternative to Pattaya). Manilla is more expensive than Angeles they told me.
Cambodja: been to Siem Reap (Angkor temples) and Phnom Penh in November. I loved Angkor and will certainly return. Phnom Penh some good bars like Sharky or Martini. In the afternoon the FCC (Foreign Corespondents Club) which makes you think of the Killing Fields time. I love the boulevard along the river in Phnom Penh. For the rest not so much to see in the city. You can go to Tuol Sleng (SS21) the most infamous prison of the Red Khmer time. I think only 5 prisonners survived.
From BKK it is a shorter trip to Phnom Penh thean Manilla. Thai and Bangkok airlines fly to PNH. Bangkok airlines flies also to Siem Reap. A sister company from BKK airlines is Siem Reap airlines. I think it is possible there are direct flights Phuket-Cambodja, but not with Thai.
If you want more info try the member section of pattaya pages. I got some very good info about Cambodja (trip reports) there, also hotels, restaurants, bars...Also info about Angeles City in that section, but more about nightlife.

Yup, Saigon was a jewel of Southest asia. Saigon will be really hot in April as it's the hottest month in a year. Don't worry, all tours to the Mekong delta or to Nha Trang, Mui Ne, Vung Tau beaches will cool you down. I like taking tour from Saigon to Ben Tre to visit orchards and coco "factories" where you can watch Ben Tre girls' making coco candies and also can eat candies for free too, then have lunch in some orchards with yummy foods and drinks mixed with real honey.

Da Lat is a flower city in the highland. Girls are quite beautiful with honey skin and pink cheeks (apple cheeks - we call them like that). Da Lat is a very romantic city for couples. In my country, we do go to Da Lat for our honey moon.

Hue and Hoi An are two places to go in the middle of Vietnam.

Ha Noi is definitely a place to go if you are interesting in the Vietnamese culture. Ha Noi is beautiful in my eyes as I grew up there.

Vietnamese foods are yummy, and Vietnamese women are.. Ahem

Hey Marc:
Great idea to get out and see some more of SE Asia. I have been around to a lot of the places and had a blast.
I would recommend:
1. Vietnam. Hochimin city and then off to Nha Trang or Vung Tau for a few days. Saigon has some great expat bars like Apocolypse Now. The chicks in there are unreal. Tall, slim with great titties. Much bigger than the Thai girls. They are all FLs and up for some fun. It wont take more than 5 minutes of being in there to have a half dozen hotties on your lap.
Nha Trang is very laid back with a few bars on the beach. The Rainbow room is very cool. A lot of backpackers, but also some local girls looking for a romance with a traveling farang. You should get a freebie for the week that will make it well worth your while.
Vung Tau is very close to Saigon, about one hour by car. It is packed on the weekends with the Saigonese flocking to the beaches to cool off.
2. Philippines. This has been my favorite place to visit. Manila is a great city with a lot to see and do. I find the Philippino women some of the most beautiful in the world. The speak great English so communication is not a problem and they are all looking for a foreign man. They are wild girls on the booze and even wilder in the hotel room.
Boracay is the MOST beautiful island I have ever been to. The waters are as pristine as you could imagine and the sand on the beach is like baby powder. It stays so cool to the touch with the sun beating down on it. Not as many girls there, but it would be worth it to stop in Manila get your girl and head off to Boracay. The flight there is extremely amusing, sitting in a propeler plane with 20 or so passengers. Great view from the sky of all the outer islands.
Wherever you go, I am sure you will have a great time. Enjoy the women and the booze. There is also a plus for the beer in the Philippines. Sam Migel is awesome. Vietnam 333 is horse piss!!
