Agreed Baz. True, you can generalize about BGs all you want. However, you might be quite surprised to find that many of these gals are not dumb bunnies. Many of them are greatly educated (BA, or even MBA in one case for me), but even the jobs that bring them to the upper echelon still does not earn them as much than working in a busy beer bar. Sad but true.

I have never met a girl with degree education working in a bar or gogo.. ever !!

Freakin' A. Really? I've been blessed then. BLESSED, dear brother. This idiot does not deserve the luck I've gotten. My recent experience offered up some big surprises, as far as intelligence/GF experience/hangin' out went (in one particular incident). Perfect English. Amazingly circumspect. A handle on world affairs. Totally cool. A strong sense of "self". Passed all tests (money not discussed). I was happily surprised: truly a cut above the average BG. Have you ever had a meaningful 4 hr. conversation with your BG? This happened to me on my last trip to Phuket.

I suppose that's why I stayed with this one gal for more than a few days. Way cool lady. Super smart. Super cool.

One of the girls I met in pattaya in April who works as a Hostess (But still goes with customers some times).... Is in Uni/College studying for a degree in buisness (Hopefully she keeps studying and gets it but then I bet she wont be working in an agogo anymore).... There's a school of thought suggesting academic ability is inversely proportional to common sense. Looking at some of the 'academics' in charge of my industry (what was British Rail) I've seen a fair bit of first hand evidence of this theory being proven ! 555555555555555555555

Don't forget that many Thais don't have the same access to further education that we in the west take for granted. Doesn't mean they're not intelligent.
