I need some help finding a bar to buy in Phuket and don't give a crap if it's a girl or boy bar, if anyone knows of one preferably with no agent involved hook me up

Yep, PM me what your looking for, and your budget, just so that we dont start wasting each others time. There are numerous opportunities around at the moment.

And just to be up front about this, I am not on a commission basis, only helping current owners to find a buyer.

Lots of bars either officially or unofficially on the market... Some I consider not bad deals but you have the whole low season (and it does look low at the mo) to get through...

Could even sort out a no key money deal currently I think..
