As its a commercial CD then legal links to download for free sound like an oxymoron...
There was a site of Thai bit torrents posted recently try that.. Also on ThaiVisa there is a DC++ hub set up for Thai fileshare..

I don't know if you will find your song, but there are a lot of thai songs with lyrics and translation. Also intresting to learn Thai a little bit. Many links to Thai music e shops too.
