Bunglows Kata
sorry i try to read all threads, but i ask? in kata can you rent bunglow
for 5000.00 thb to 7000.00 now! and still keep price when high season come. I can rent for 1 year. Can youi rent bunglow with air con or will that be higher price? Please help

Very difficult, but it depends on what you need! I rent a house with 2 bedrooms, tv-dvdplayer for ....15.000 bath.
This of course is only for 2 months.... If you want a better price, you should look for houses rent to Thais, not tourists, and a bit further away from the beach. My ex-girlfriend, had a nice bungalow, with 2 bedrooms, tiny living-room, near phuket-zoo. She payed 4-5000 bath, I know , because I payed the rent!

I know their is a place in Kata where you pay about 8000 a month for a bungalow with aircon (based on year contract) would have to look into it (is nearby fish restaurant on back road) so maybe a BM that is localy familiar will know the name
