Deevana Patong Resort
Hi Guys
I am coming first time to Phuket. Very excited  I just tried to book the hotel. Deevana patong Resort. They quoted me Bht1100. All inclusive. Please advise me. 1-Is there any of our BM's use this hotel before and how would you rate this place? 2- Is ths girl friendly? 3- Any joiner fee involved? Any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks

I have stayed in Devaana, and it is not girl friendly in the true sense; however if you register two people as staying, and talk nicely to the security guards, I never had a problem.
It is a nice enough hotel, a little far from the action, but if you walk to the end of the road (5 minutes or less) there is a rank of motorcycle taxis and tuk tuks. What kind of room and in which wing are you getting that price for? Best rooms are in spa wing, and if you get one on griund floor you have your own hot tub. Its quite a hike to the beach, but as mentioned before motorcycle taxis are available.
