I can watch other people exercise for hours, I do have to sit down because I occasionally break sweat and need a beer or two or three

I hope they get bigger waves than the last time i was at the beach, it was flat calm, that would make it interesting.
also another little story about the beach, this was also on of the funniest moments of my last trip(along with big guy dancing)
I was sitting watching the paragliding, a real big guy comes along and pays his money, the guys then start shouting at someone up the beach, then someone turns up with a bigger parachute, no one goes up with him as he is too heavy already, the boat starts moving, this big fat guy starts running(sorry but it was funny) and is then dragged about 50 yards through the water before lift off(i never thought it was going to happen) then they have to dump him in the middle of the water as he can not land himself.
OK so maybe you had to be there to fully understand but i was crying with laughter.

I've just signed up for the marathon event, I'm quite looking forward to it.
Any other BM's know of any other chocolate bars with nuts in them while we are on the topic?
